Here we are in the Galway House, after our adventure in the Roslindale Wetlands Urban Wild, but before our haircuts.




Here's where we entered, with one of the dogs that Alexis walks for work.


Much of it looks like this: a tangle of vegetation above a small swamp.


Apparently it's more than ten acres of wetland, but we only found a hundred feet of walkable path. That's probably a good thing for the wetland ecosystem.


I found a big cut grapevine and took a pic of myself swinging on it.


In the nearby neighborhood we found this cryptic message.
