People and plants on a cold day at the zoo

The Children's Zoo staff on their way to a visit to the giraffe barn. The ostrich walks along with anyone who passes by.


Anyone know what shrub bears this fruit? Never seen it before, but it's lovely.

I believe it's harlequin glorybower (Clerodendrum trichotomum). You can find it next to the gate at the main entrance to the Arboretum.

Thanks very much! I'll take notice of it in spring to see how it foliates and flowers.
