Erica and Rachel working on a scrapbook for a retiring colleague. Is retiring the right word? He's about 10 years younger than me, about to become a father for the second time. He and his wife did the math: it's more expensive for him to continue his dream career as a zookeeper than for him to become a stay-home dad.
