Gilmour Ride Report
Once again I thank you for donating to the Gilmour Fund on my behalf. I'm proud to have gone through it and I'm still laughing at myself for struggling so much. At least there was no lasting damage, and I feel pretty good already. Would you like to see some pictures from the ride?

Whoa! Dig the wacky bicycle-built-for-three! Two of these people and a different third actually rode this thing across the country.

This is early on the ride--when I was still on my own bike!

This is at the water stop. Sarah took this nice portrait of me with a flowering crabapple in a cemetery.

That tree was nice enough that it needed a picture without me ruining it.

The ride is full of beautiful views like this one. Some time it would be good to ride it really really slowly and just capture everything that entrances you.

When we got back we took a group photo of everyone at the event who works at the zoo, or used to.

While I was crouched below that rosy boa I had to get a picture of it!

Here we are, the 25 mile team!
Next year: 50 miles? Am I insane? Perhaps I'll try to ride my bike more than once a year and see if I'm up to it!
