Money worries are a drag for sure. I used to tell the bill collectors "as long as you have a warm place to sleep and enough to eat you could be a little patient with me because I have to make sure the rent is covered and the kids are fed before I can send you any."
I used to hide a twenty in a winter coat so I could discover the following winter. Lack of money never feels quite as bad when the weather is nice.
