Happy Vernal Equinox!
Mar. 20th, 2006 05:03 pmA most joyous Vernal Equinox to you all! And to those of you down under, happy Autumnal equinox instead.
I wish I had a big celebration planned, but I'll be happy simply to be home with my wife and dogs. It was nice to see my dad yesterday, too. Some weird pictures are forthcoming (none of my dad, and he seems a little hurt by that. Hmm, I'll have to take more pictures of him.)
I will not complain about the unspringlike weather we are experiencing in New England these past few days, out of respect for the much worse weather happening recently in Colorado and north Texas.
If you come to New England, you might want to visit Springfield, Massachusetts. Among other things, It was the home of Dr. Seuss, and they have installed a series of Seuss-related sculptures there:

I'll post more stuff later!
