Public Art?

It was such a pretty day yesterday, that everywhere I looked it seemed like there were works of art.  It was hard to tell what was art and what was just the beautiful chaos of the world.  I love happening upon bits of deliberate art on the street, like this oceanscape of lobsters, waves, and the sun.  But It seemed wrong to exclude the staples and ABC from the collage.
