On Monday I came back from the New England Pest Management Association conference to a new coating of snow at my workplace. Looking at these tracks you have to consider that temps were above freezing over the weekend, so they've melted out a bit. Actual track size at the time they were made would be a bit smaller. Still--pretty big animal walking up to a tree behind my office. Recognize it?
Pretty sure this is a fisher. The long back foot makes me slightly unsure.

These tracks were laid on top of the snow in the night when it was colder and the snow was hard enough to support the animal's weight. There were marks in the snowless area around a nearby tree where the animal was digging and made its feet dirty.

Here's a closer look at the front foot print. The long back foot and the short front foot are clues to the identity of this second animal. What's your guess?
This one is a raccoon.
