The new camera
Mar. 8th, 2006 06:15 pmI took the new camera to work today, for a test drive.
Some duck enrichment. We got these discarded flats of greens from the crops department. The ducks weren't thrilled with them--until I sprinkled mealworms on them!

Mr. Mallard got suspicious when I leaned over the fence for another picture.

My bluejay pictures were no good. Even the painted turtles I saw today moved too fast for me to get a picture of them. But I noticed a spider on a coworker's car! Can spring be far away? This picture isn't focused correctly, but there's something I really like about it.

If you want to get a good picture of a spider, you have to let it crawl on you.

Let's see how good the macro works on this new camera. Count the eyes!
