Because I think this is an amazing project, I wanted to help you by doing some doublechecking on those species I know well. I am fairly sure I have one correction for you: your Witch's Butter (Tremella mesenterica) looks to me like Dacrymyces palmatus. Although the two species look very much alike, D palmatus looks more like a knobby, tightly convoluted brain, and T mesenterica looks more like a bunched-up ribbon, with broad sweeping curves on the free side of the ribbon. The difference may be hard to see if you don't know both species, but here's the clincher: your fungus appears to be growing on a conifer (spruce? hemlock?). D palmatus only grows on conifers and T mesenterica only grows on hardwoods. -Peter Woods in Chinle AZ
