In three years, the conservative run half would be experiencing huge amounts of accidental gun deaths, a surge in young girls dying from back alley abortions, manual labor shortage, because of immigrants from poor countries refusing to work for slave wages, thus leading to a rise in heart attacks by rich people doing hard labor for the first time in their lives, and violent confrontations between all of the fundamentalist Christian sects, as they end up killing each other over who's denomination best represents Jesus' "loving teachings."


Uncontrolled corporate greed would lead to monopolies and rule by a tyranical oligarchy, ultimately leading to economic collapse. Unfortunately, this would mean a dyspotic dictator would grab power, and convince the obtuse populace that the nation on the left was to blame, and declare war, for the dual purpose of diverting the citizenry from the real cause of their mysery, and stealing the natural resources that their country no longer possessed, because of environmental neglect. To top it off, the right's cultural events would consist of gun shows, beauty pageants for six year olds, and attending Osmond Brother concerts.
