I used to handle customer service calls for American Electric Power in that area: I can speak from experience when I say that the archaeologists are going to be confused, too, as some of those people are so inbred that their family trees would have scared the shit out of Wilbur Whateley. (I regularly had Jukes and Kallikaks calling up because our automated phone payment system would ask for a contact phone number and they didn't understand the concept of 'contact phone number'; it took real effort for me not to say "Do you have the number of your meth dealer? Use that.")
