Nice to see that sort of thing go through. A lot of the folks commenting on it were glad due to anti-religious thought, but I personally see no reason why the fundamentals of creationist/intelligent design shouldn't be taught or at least made available through more philosophical courses. Granted, they're not science, and should not be taught in a science course, but they are valid courses of study; to ignore them is as ignorant as ignoring evolution.
