3:00 snapshot, #181.






I haven't done one of these for a while! This is in the parking lot of the "lower" Chestnut Hill Mall in Brookline. The body of water is Hammond Pond. The rocks I used are gravel blocks (blue basalt and pink granite, I think) used to line a culvert, on a base of native Roxbury puddingstone. This is actually a pretty spot, with a lot of birds concentrated around the edge of the pond.
