if i may ask, why the deliberate "poor grammar"? (i'm looking at it and seeing [what strikes me as] one questionably grammatical usage and one definitely-not-recommended stylistic issue.)

Um, I forget. I think it was the last one I got before they legalized tattooing in Massachusetts. Maybe about 10 years ago? (Give or take a couple years?)

Yes, I'm thinking duas rotas is accusative plural but there's no transitive verb, plus optima would be neuter plural but feminine singular. I think this is beside the point though. Jef is using 21-century urban Latin, a feral botanical Latin spoken by Critical Mass bike activists when they get rounded up in foreign cities. I like it. Although Esperanto or Interglossa would have worked too.
