Day off at the shore

This past Tuesday Alexis and I had a rare day off work together.  We went to Webb State Park in Weymouth. 

Out in the ocean water we saw a sea monster.


Oh, wait, it's just Charlie.


After his swim he went for a rollaround on the sea grass.


Parts of the landscape looked to me like another place; Ireland maybe.


Across the way a ferry was shuttling a very small passengerload.


I was happy to see my favorite, and I believe most underappreciated, words from the bible at the Memorial Outlook.


The lookout features the skyline of downtown Boston.

It looks so nice. In real life, I've never seen clouds like the ones in the first photo. I've only seen them in drawings.
