Brookline at night

With Maggie out of commission, Alexis and I aren't going for our usual twice daily dogwalks together. There's more that's sad about that than good, but one good thing is that when I do walk Charlie, I'm free to meander and stop when I see something I think is interesting. Last night I decided to monkey around with the settings on my camera and take some nighttime pictures of my neighborhood. I think it's a mixed bag, and probably kept more pictures than I should have, but I like the less good ones for the weird details they contain. I like that you can see the housing complex right up behind this ball field and its bright lights, for example.

The tracks of the D line.

The Doorways of Brookline can be even more interesting in context.

The lights behind this house are from Northeastern University's playing field.

I think I posted a photo of 23 in a previous Doorways of Brookline post.

I like night pictures.
