Voting Irregularity

On the minus side, the party of ignorance fear and hatred struck another blow in its War on Culture. On the plus side, the wife is a little more open to the idea of moving to Vancouver.

Also I regret to announce that Maine is no longer part of New England— until further notice it shall be known as East Alaska.

I hear Vancouver is lovely.

Vancouver *is* lovely. And Victoria is even better.

Vancouver would be great for a person with your sorts of interests.

It's the greenest city I have ever been to, with two huge chunks of forest right in the middle of town, semi-frequent garbage strikes and therefore coyotes, crows and all sorts of other urban wildlife, and a range of plant life that can not live anytwhere else in the country. People grow palms and dwarf bananas in the city.

Unfortunately, it's also got some of the highest priced housing in Canada, and some festering social problems that could match that of more than a few American cities, in seriousness if not in magnitude.

Do you know of any Los Angelenos who are into the whole Urban Nature walk thing?

Maybe we should chat, as I need to ask you about cell phone content at the Zoo.
