The rain won't stop so the Muddy is still floody.



Also there are new lakes all around the city, in parking lots and yards, and here in an athletic field in Franklin Park, many of them populated with waterfowl.

Did it reach flood stage?

Pretty sure. A guy I spoke with said that at flood stage they do a bunch of things, including scoop the trash and phragmites stalks out of the culvert at landmark center, and I saw them doing that yesterday. It was highest at lunch today, but it's gone down some.
