We went for a walk in Olmsted Woods Monday night, a place I used to spend a lot of time but I haven't been in a while.

I adore chicory! The range of blues in it (by my reckoning, there are at least three in it) is remarkable. A friend of mine, absolutely phenomenal gardener, always allows some in her beds. Her sister says "That's a weed!" to which Karen says, "Maybe so, but I love it."
