Lunch at iHop, in between two important meetings about the new house.



We brought in a home inspector to look at the house, and he was generally pleased. We arranged to meet with the seller and one of his contractors to talk about what else needs to be done.



And though everyone wants us to get rid of this shed (which predates the house; the first owners lived in the shed while they built the house) we're going to keep it. :P

That looks very positive--my only comment is that when we ate at ihop for the first time in years, the chemicals in all the food made me really ill, since they clearly use a lot of artificial stuff which my body doesn't get on a regular basis--I hope it doesn't wreck you guys up at all The house is very cute though, and I think it's smart to get an inspector involved.

Good for you, then! My partner and I were both tripped out on the artificial stuff, which we somehow just hadn't expected--I guess it's been a while since we ate at a sort of chain restaurant, and we both appear to have food sensitivities that came out bigtime--
