With [livejournal.com profile] vyoma taking a hiatus from lj, there doesn't seem to be any chance of getting my mushrooms identified at the [livejournal.com profile] mycology community. So I'll just share their beauty with you all.

Nice big mushrooms, right?

Not so big.

I adore these unknown beauties!

The ones in the last picture look like jellyfish to me, with their bells "inflated" (so to speak.)

The first one is my favorite picture though. I can imagine little fairies in that scene. =)

I love your mushroom pictures =D

I was wondering if you might know what kind of little plant these are?

They are all over oregon and they are some of my favorites.
I have seen some small white mushrooms that look very much like the ones in your last picture. They are so cute. Thanks again for posting.

Those are pixie cup lichen!

[livejournal.com profile] cottonmanifesto and I as desperate to go to Oregon to check out all the wonderful stuff, especially lichens! We have many lichens here in New England but no where near what you have there. Most of ours are crust-like (like the one in my icon, on a piece of bark that fell off the tree.)

whoops
