Here's the Thursday snow!


Followed by the Friday utter lack of snow.


Then around five o'clock on Friday evening it began to snow in earnest. Instead of sitting around moping about it, I mustered the gumption to put on the string lights and took some long exposures of myself standing around my house in the snow. I still haven't mastered the craft of taking a picture of snow falling and having it actually appear in the picture. Nonetheless, please enjoy these classic poses of myself as I stand not-quite warmly dressed enough near my house.

I hope you enjoyed our brief 2011-2012 winter snowfall (and my weird awkward posing with it). As I type this, it's almost completely gone.
