Looking back at 2012
Dec. 12th, 2012 07:24 pmJanuary: We got to Puerto Rico just as the sun was setting on the day after Xmas.

February: On Sunday I finally got off my sedentary suburban backside and took Charlie to a new hiking place.

March: Sometimes I wish I was a monomaniac, obsessed with only one thing.

April: Roy is fascinated by the dishwasher.

May: I'm a fan of the very small horses.

June: Alex went away for a while, so we had a special guest star in the house!

July: Anyway, here's my brother and father, tired and hungry from our tour of Dedham and visit to the hot stinking zoo flower.

August: My birthday present for myself arrived this week, just in time!

September: August 19, I took a mental health day and lounged in the yard with Alexis.

October: At lunch I led a mushroom walk, and forgot to take any pictures (always happens when I'm leading a walk) until after it ended.

November: This Ailanthus tree was very dead already, but it was scary when it dropped branches on the office roof.

December: Zoo visitors are sometimes disappointed by seeing animals sleeping on exhibit.
