This reminds me of a story the best man told at our rehearsal dinner-
His grandmother had come to visit him from out of state and they went to a local park. She started collecting pine cones off the ground for some craft project she was working on back home. When they got back to his place, she took the pine cones out and wrapped them in aluminum foil to protect them, and put them in her suitcase. He took her to the aiport and when she attempted to go through the x-ray machine, the security agent saw several oval-shaped metal objects. Her bags were immediately seized and she was whisked away for questioning, where it was revealved that security thought she was trying to smuggle hand grenades into the airport.
Bleah. My first year in Boston I was excited about all the interesting objects to be found everywhere, and picked up a charred spoon (and went yikes! and dropped it).
My senior project involved found object art made with plastic stuff I found at Revere beach, including two syringes.
Yep, your standard aluminum marijuana pipe. Used to make them when I was a kid :).
I understand that most (if not all) of you probably don't agree with me here, but I'm a fan of the substance. Nothing at all like smoking the good ganja out in the woods. Its what the chemical was made for.

Though, they shouldn't have littered.
