Alex and Jim stayed over this weekend, while some of my friends stayed in her house.
It was very hot over the weekend. At one point there was a loud POP: this bbq lighter got so warm in the sun that it spontaneously exploded.
My dad visited this weekend--there was kind of a lot of activity and moving around of dogs and coordinating and delivering keys and such. I think it started to get on Alexis' nerves. But it was nice for Dad to meet Reggie! What's not to like about my dad--or Reggie?
My dad and I walked around behind my old school, and happened to see a crane lifting a construction office trailer up and over the building into the courtyard. The building used to be the Girl's Latin School, which we think my mom and her sister attended.
Tired wife, tired pup.
