Prospect Park continued to be lovely.

Another urban nature appreciator across the Lull Water.

As I walked through the park, I saw a small clearing with what looked like dozens of dragonflies zipping around.

When I got up close, I realized they were cicada-killer wasps, Sphecius speciosus, the largest species of wasp in the Northeast.

Reportedly their sting is extremely painful, but they are very non-aggressive, and they had other activities to perform. There were several nest burrows around, and the egg-shaker sound of Tibicen cicadas--the wasp's favorite baby food--filled the air.

Several blocks away, the neighborhood where the wedding took place has a beauty of its own.

It's...uh...not "exactly" a "dog." Just beware, ok?

Inside the Bell House, the walls are covered with murals by Shepherd Fairey, the nice man from Rhode Island who made my Don't Shoot! It's Only Comics T-shirts all those years ago. Oh, he also designed the iconic Obama "Hope" poster, for which he is

I got up on the stage of the Bell House and pretended to be Art Chung, or Ophira Eisenberg. No, just kidding, I pretended to be Jonathan Coulton.
