This is Gulliver, a Bactrian camel. He is performing a behavior called "urine-flicking," wherein he curls his tail under, urinates on it, then flicks his tail back quickly, smacking himself with it and spraying urine all around.

I've never seen our Bactrian camels do that, but that could be because they're all castrated.
