The three new girls roosting up high, first thing in the morning. We have them separated from the older hens for now.

Late in the afternoon Alexis has been letting them all out to mingle together. They all have come to expect food from humans, making them a little "friendlier" than when they first arrived.

Whitey wants some grapes!

Music choice was semi-random. We have no roosters, but how can I not choose to keep that song when it comes up?

Your chickens look nice and I don't like chickens.

Do they like grapes?

My last dog liked grapes. If you gave him one, he'd toss it up over his back, then roll on it, then bite it as he was trying to kill it, then eventually eat it. I have no idea what that was about. Most foods he liked he just gobbled up straight away without the elaborate game.

They love grapes. They'll take your hand off for a grape.

My youngest son would peel grapes when he was a toddler, it would keep him occupied forever...

He didn't like chickens either, he eats them but would never live with one.
