Weird. I didn't have the slightest problem seeing it. I miss those little guys. I've seen two of them in the last decade. One was hopping on the lawn at a motel in Victorville, Ca, and one was hopping along the sidewalk in Springdale, Utah, just outside of Zion National Park. In both cases the kids were elated by this foreign creature.

cute. it looks similar to the one that i used to hang out with as a kid (my parents were the second people to live in their house. the woman who built it had a japanese style garden put in, and the toad loved to hang out by the bamboo-spout fountain.).

Toad! I love toads! We always had a toad hole or three in our backyard - the night after a rainstorm, you could often find them out in the flowerbeds. I'm not sure what species they were, but I'd recognize them in an instant.
