Back from the pond

Well, there was a group of people fishing there today, so it was kind of a bust. When you first get to the pond from the main path, there's a little beach--that's where I go wading, anglers go fishing, and everyone lets their dogs go swimming. Charlie was all excited about swimming so I took him around to another way into the pond and he swam. I put on my mask and snorkle, and dipped my face into the water, but I couldn't see squat. Charlie was churning up the water too much, and there was a lot of vegetation overhead and on the surface there as well. I'll try again another time, when cottonmanifesto can watch/distract the dogs and such.

I don't have an SLR, so I haven't tried it.
