Awesome quotes! I have a little book in which I write those that strike my fancy, or I put them in my user-info. [livejournal.com profile] punkluva I like yours so much I may have it as my new lj heading. My old lj has 'I'm not crazy, I'm going sane in a crazy world'. I feel this quite strongly at times, especially as a vegan!

Okay, eerie. Last night, as I was praying to the gods and goddesses I can see and feel ;->, I thought "It's time to haul out my list of sayings I've accumulated and post them: I know more than few people who could benefit from seeing them repeated." It's 2:20, we're going out for "breakfast" umm pancakes, and then I'll post. Thanks for not tagging anyone. See what good that did? :-)

Or. . . "The truth shall set you free. But first it will make you miserable." No clue who to assign credit or blame for that one to.

"Always to right. This will gratify some and astonish the rest." Also Twain, god bless his cynical heart.

And here's a quotable phrase I uttered recently, thanks entirely to regular reading of Urbpan's blog: "Look, honey! Dog's vomit! It's a slime mold!"

Random fact:

Parrots blush. Particularly those with light faces like macaws and African greys. I don't know if they do it for embarassment, but they definitely do for excitement. :)

Good quotes though. :)
