That's a lovely picture. It reminds of some dude who I can't remember the name of who does art wit leaves and things. Goldsmith? Goldsworthy?? It's good to forget art college!

You're thinking of Andy Goldsworthy! A big favorite around the Urban Pantheist blog and readership:

Read about him: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andy_Goldsworthy

Watch the movie!:http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0307385/

Andy Goldsworthy?

Are you trying to be an imposter???? Maybe like urbanpantheist--what they hell is up with that?

Very nice photo though. The Japanese Maple on my street lost all of its leaves in less than a week! Is this common to the species, genus???

I think the weird weather is to blame for the way the leaves have fallen this year. Last year at this time the leaves had been down for three weeks already.

You guys have the best photos. I really really wish you could put it all in one Urban Nature photobook with all the details, like you give us here. (Understandably, the book would have to keep evolving. Hmmmm, maybe have people sign up to get 'em like magazines: a subscription for each months' worth of info/pictures.)

Where do I sign on? :-)
