When I'm at home, I don't need my watch alarm to tell me it's 3:00; the DPW guys come out into their parking lot and start yelling and swearing, like clockwork.

Early Release Town Workers

Don't feel too bad these guys have the jobs Mexicans don't want ... Swearing is just low life adjective fill speech, when trying to get their co workers attention ! Police should field test these employees for drinking and drugs on the job. They all have cars in the lot which the drive home at 3:30. A video cam recorder at the site would keep them lugs quiet. Pollution in Muddy River isn't all in the water...but remember these workers cant afford to live here on their union wages.
