Another beautiful day! In the morning the nearly full moon was still out low and heavy in the sky. When it dropped away it was replaces with a bright sun and crystalline blue backdrop.
I got to go home early from work and hang out with Alexis and Alex again. I took a short trip to the Stop & Shop which was absolutely horrible. It was wall to wall with people who had apparently never been to a supermarket before. Lots of stopping in the middle of the aisle, walking slowly abreast, and not looking where they were going. The kicker was a little old lady touching EVERY SINGLE GREEN BEAN one by one, bending them to test their firmness or whatever and putting the rejects back. In what universe is that okay?
Back home and Alexis is trying to take a picture of the moon and Mars.

Date: 2007-12-26 12:44 pm (UTC)I once asked a pleasant appearing old lady to stop squeezing the loaves of bread in the middle because there wouldn't be any left for the rest of us.
She called me "BITCH!" and shuffled off. She was Scottish sounding so I suppose it was more "Batch!" which is not so bad.
