Just me and the dogs at Leverett Pond

With Alexis away in Vermont, I took the dogs to Leverett pond for their morning walk yesterday.

And found these.

You and the wifey amaze me! I don't know how you guys manage to walk both of your dogs and still carry the camera. My two boys are relatively good on the leash, though the boxer finds leaves to be the most exciting things in the world to chase. And the pit finds squirrels to be equally as interesting. Other than that they are both great loose leash, but I get so nervous that I'll be trying to take a pic and a leaf will blow by Jerry's face and my camera will meet the pavement (I'm horrible about keeping the strap around my neck....)

They aren't much for chasing, and in those few instances that they've tried, we make it abundantly clear that they've transgressed. Alexis has a very loud "voice of god" when the dogs mess up. Doesn't happen very often and that's why.

Plus, having a small, one-hand camera helps.
