Is that Repcal (powdered calcium) for gut-loading the crickets in the foreground? That looks like a food mix in the next bowl, but is that dirt in the third bowl? Is it egg-laying medium to replenish the population or supply pinheads for the poison dart frogs?
Looks like you have the same mortality problems we have. I found that increasing the hiding areas by stuffing the terrarium with big sheets of crumpled paper reduces mortality.
Our recipe for cricket feed is, by volume, one part dog chow, one part rat chow, one part rice pablum. The crickets tend to leave a lot of the pablum. They also get apple, carrot, potato and sweet potato.
