The Boston Half Marathon went by my house today. I went out there during the last minutes of it to see what it was like.

A small cheering section clapped as the last few runners past.

I mostly liked being able to be in the middle of the busiest street on my commute, with no cars around.

I saw about one shucked top per block. I hope someone walked the race route picking them up and maybe donating them to Goodwill.

The first thing I noticed was the doctor. I think it's incredibly precious that he was out there cheering.
