Wow - some of those jokes are really audacious! Somehow, my respect for Obama climbed even more.

I had tears in my eyes from laughing even though I didn't get half of the jokes. I then watched a segment of McCain's speech and it wasn't as funny.

Ya know, I loved his whole speech, and McCain's too. But the fact that he used the word 'awesome'...for some reason, I absolutely *LOVED* that. And the fact that laughed at his own jokes - "Hee hee, I made a funny!' style.

But it was really weird to see that at this point in the campaign, and how the whole campaign shouldn't be jokey, but could be more civil. It's a shame, really.
