In the interest of posting something about nothing at all, here's a meme. It's a list of one hundred life experiences, most of which anyone could do if they had the money, some of which are misfortunes, and a few require courage or gumption. It turns out the monster at the end of the book is Grover himself!

What a spoiler!

Actually, I read that very book to my daughter this morning before I read your list. She was full of anticipation to see what monster is at the end, but that's two-year-old for you.

The hand-drawn text in that book is so very seventies, so very Schoolhouse Rock.

You've never had chicken pox? Are you vaccinated against it?

you should get the vaccine if you haven't had it - it's not fun times for adults (like scar you for life and potentially kill you not fun). :(

Weird that they have Sistine Chapel, and then further down, the Vatican. You can't do the first without doing the second.

It's hard to believe there's any adult alive who has never gotten food poisoning.

I'm 34 and have never had food poisoning. I mean, my understanding is that I would definitely notice having it.

I thought the Sistine Chapel/Vatican thing was odd, too.

Does it count as holding a Black Widow if she's dead? Or climbing a stick that you're holding? If so, I've done that *g*

"24. Built a snow fort (I build one whenever I shovel my walk)"

Funny oyu mention that, I got to thinking late last winter if we get as much snow as we did last year I'm seriously thinking of doing some sort of fun snow sciulptures at the end of my driveway. :)

May something a la Calvin and Hobbes. }:)
