I doubt it. Reptiles aren't usually very affectionate.

I guess evolutionarily speaking they've never developed the kind of bonds that lead to affection. Most reptiles are solitary, and come together only to mate (this was actually the only time I've ever seen these crocs next to each other). Most reptiles also don't have to nurture their young, so they don't show parental affection either.
