At Leverett Pond there were painted turtles and pond sliders basking. When I took this picture I didn't even notice the spotted sandpiper behind the turtle!


This turtle in Jamaica Pond was pretending to be invisible.


Cormorants and sailboats conspired to make a pretty view at Jamaica Pond.
