Chances are people you don't even know are being introduced to your journal every day, either randomly or through someone else. In addition to recent entries, people can get to know you better by what you posted in the past. With that in mind post a link to your entries on this day exactly six months ago, nine months ago, and a year ago. If there was no entry on that day, link the closest date.

(Long story about seeing a performance of the band Bread and Roses under the musical arch in the Riverway. Comments include laughable claim that I'll have a new issue of The Urban Pantheist out in October 2004.)

And a big round of applause to all of you LJ friends who make this a fun place to be. Thanks!

I still want to thank you so much for recommending Nausicaa. It's so beautiful a story. I just watched Spirited Away last night, and it's ok, but absolutely nothing compared to Nausicaa.

Did you get to see Howl's Moving Castle yet?

I... um... haven't found a good copy yet...

I guess I'll have to wait until the English version comes out on DVD. Is it better than Nausicaa?
