Neat! Save feral European wasp nests, we don't big-assed wasp swarms here- the closest I have is the 20-30 Sphecid/Pompilid daubs on the wall of my garage...

Oh gods, ick. I see you say they are beneficial insects, and I am relatively resistant to stings judging by my two such experiences, but . . . I would bat that thing down and destroy it if I could, while they are sleeping.
