Matching the gorgeous spring weather, the blue chickens are pretty and like to lie in the mulch.



The winecaps also like mulch!


The lemur twins are getting too big to completely hide under mom.


Lesser known fact: lemurs are constantly licking their fur and scent-marking stuff.


It's lemur-lickin' good!


Gigi is our oldest gorilla, at 40 years old. I think she looks a little like Leonard Nimoy here.


And in non-captive wildlife news, an American robin has build a nest on the building. This is in a much less troublesome location than in the past two years, when they made a nest on a security call box, and in a quarantine stall(!)
