I have that feature on my camera but I haven't put the software on my computer. I kind of like doing it manually, but they would probably be nicer to look at if they were autostitched.
i should have been more clear :> 'autostich' is apparently the name of a very specific program, not just the class of tool... from what i'm told, it's near magic, adjusts hue/contrast/etc... and it's magic :)
i have some software with my canon camera (pc only that i know of), that does good stuff, 1/2 magical. neat stuff though.
i've been thinking the 360 spherical panoramas would be cool, esp when done as focus shells, but requires a special viewer.
