Yes, I finally got off my lazy, bloated, car-softened rump and rode my bicycle. Now I have to do it a little bit every day until I don't feel like I'm going to die of an asthma attack before getting blood blisters on my perineum. Damn, I'm out of shape!
I know someone is going to chide me for taking a picture while riding my bike, so I shot this video for you:
